  1. Well my surgery was last Wednesday on the 21st 7 days ago and today is about the only day that I felt like doing anything. The surgery I guess went good. I had some problems with the pain because I am on pain medication every day so it is a little different for me so I was pretty drugged up. And the main problem I have had was the gas and bloating I couldn't get anything down I'm finally up to about 30 ounces of the water so that is all I have been able to have pretty much, so I got the Iso pure water that has the protein with it. I needed to have a bowel movement and finally did so yesterday I think that was a big step also. The gas was very painful and actually I was up weight until about three days ago so now I am down from my surgery weight about 6 pounds.
