  4. I work from home so I took a week off and I was fine physically. But I was exhausted. I should have taken 2 weeks off for the fatigue. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  5. I've been stalled for over 2 weeks too and I was discouraged like you. I have the Fitbit Aria scale which in addition to weight it apparently weighs body fat, yesterday I took a closer look at the graphs and noticed something very promising. Before my stall when I was losing pounds I noticed, my body fat percentage was staying the same. But in those 2.5 weeks where my weight wasn't moving, my body fat percentage did a huge dip and went down 5%! So we may not be losing pounds but we are losing body fat and inches. I'm now more focused on the body fat number and my measurements and not the pounds till I start seeing the Wright go down too. This helped me feel less discouraged. Good luck to you! 6. I had the sleeve done Dec 12th and I have no regrets. So happy I did this. Feel like I've taken my life back and feel more in control than I ever have. Good luck! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  7. I took 1 week off but I work from home and close my own hours so I took it easy the week I started working. It wasn't easy though, I should have taken 2 full weeks off since I was pretty tired. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  8. I had it 12/12, could I join too? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  9. I got sleeved on 12/12 and that was my most painful surgery, even worse than when I had to have spinal fusion surgery and titanium rods were put in my spine. I was in the hospital a week for that one but the sleeve surgery was way worse. It gets better though hang in there and good luck! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
  10. I believe it also depends on your insurance. My first Dr appt was 11/4 I think and at that appointment they told me my surgery date was 12/12 since my insurance I was automatically approved once I had all the Dr visits done. So I rushed and did all my Dr visits and tests before 12/12. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
