  3. Thank you everyone for the encouraging words. He is feeling a lot better today. It was really scary yesterday. I'm lucky that his mom was able to come up and spend some time with him tonight, so I could come home and relax a bit. He is still in pain, but not at the 10 where he was yesterday. The meds brought him to a 3-4. Whew! I can't tell you how much you helped me! <3

  10. My husband had sleeve surgery tonight. It finished around 7. He was in so much pain when he got out. It was awful to watch. The nurses assured me he would be feeling better. Ugh! I stayed until 12:30, and I felt guilty leaving him. I'll go back as soon as I wake up in the morning. I don't have a question as much as I just needed a place to write how awful it was. I'm sure it will be better tomorrow though. FIngers crossed!
