  1. my skin around the main incision site plus the mid abdomen area is turning yellow. At first I thought it was left over stain from the operation but no, it would have washed away by now (and doesnt appear anywhere else). Then I thought it was bruising, but everyone else has described their bruising as purple. If you press on the yellow areas with your fingertiips, then draw them away, it will momentarily leave imprints of your fingertips for a sec, then return to yellow. I'm concerned about infection??? Any input would be appreciated. Has this happened to anyone else....
  2. I'm pessimistic, but I'm going thru the process...... anybody have any luck out there?
  3. I am taking Terazosin (twice a day in capsule form) in order to be able to urinate freely. I have not been banded yet. Two questions: 1) will I be able to take my meds in capsule form from Day One on? 2) will they be absorbed into my bloodstream as usual? If not, I'll end up in the Emergency Room..... Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
  4. that are capsules or tablets? I'm a male with BPH (enlarged prostate) and without medication, I would be in the Emergency Room in less than 24 hours. The medication does not exist in liquid or injectable form. I would have to be able to swallow (and keep down) a capsule twice a day, every day, from Day One. Am I wasting my time?
