  1. Julie Ann, Where (which dept.) do you find the Walmart stuffed chicken breasts? Canned meats? Frozen foods? I have never noticed them. How much do they cost? Ms. Rob
  2. Hi Sarah, Tell me about your slim n 6 workout! What is it? Ms Rob
  3. Hi Julie Ann, I thought I was the only person on this site who kept the surgery a secret! It is good to know someone else had the same feelings I have. Only my husband and grown daughters and my best friend know about my surgery. Everyone else knows I am now eating healthier and smaller meals and working out. Some assume "weight watchers". I did not want the band to get all the credit for my weight lost. I know I must make good choices and it is not automatic. I had my surgery last April. So far I have lost almost 70 lbs. From a size 18 to a size 8 now. I am very happy with my decision. I want to lose 20 more to be at 149. For the first time in my life, I have hope that I will maintain my weight loss. I am having problems losing any more, but don't feel I eat very much at all. My body is trying to hold on to the extra lbs. But I will take my time. Here's to our great secret!! Ms. Rob
  4. Wow! Congrats to you! My question: Did you lose steady or bounce around like I have done? I was banded last April. 08 So far lost 66 lbs. My Dr. is pleased. Was a 18 now a 8/10. I have 20 more to lose till my goal. Trying to work out most days. Please describe what you eat in a normal day. Seems like I only eat a handful a day, but not losing. Thanks!
  5. Thanks for the encouragement!
  6. I am a senior pastor's wife from Texas. We have our own special challenges! I was banded April 08- and I am new to the forum. Going slow, but having some progress. God is so good for us to have this tool. I welcome any responses. Blessings~ Ms. Rob:biggrin2:
  7. Hey Jess, What are you eating during the day? Let me know....thanks
  8. Hello There! I am new here too....glad to see you are doing so well. I need how to figure out how to put the little cute sticker tape...tracker and my pictue on here...hahha not too with tech stuff as you can tell. Robbie
  9. Hello, I am new to the site. I was banded April 16, 2008. I have had no support from any other bandters..only my hubby and daughters and best friend know about the surgery. I have been discouraged because I have only lost a total of 24 lbs. and that was the first 6 weeks after my surgery....My Dr. is happy with my progress, but after looking at the other comments here on the site, seems like I am going soooo slow. I just got a fill this week and it is really tight, so perhaps now I will start losing. I am at a total of 5.5 CC. I go back in 6 weeks. Is there a chat room just for April 08 bandsters? Thanks!
