    I've been lurking and reading for the past few months. Just taking in all of the wonderful information and guidance from this site. I starting this journey back in August and have recently been approved for my VSG surgery. My date is 2/20/17!! So far, with guidance, I've been able to lose 34 pounds. I am so very excited. With that excitement comes anxiety and fear, but the excitement outweighs those emotions. I live in Vermont with my husband and daughter. My family is very supportive of me which is a blessing as I move forward. I have to say, when I feel discouraged, or even a bit lost, i always come back to this site to read and learn from those that are so much more experienced than I am. Thank you for that! Best wishes to all as we enter 2017!
