    I was going thru it on thanksgiving also. I was sleeved on 11/21/16. I drank a bunch of the Isopure waters. They have 20 grams of Protein so I was trying to get at least 3 in. Also I had broth, ice pops and sugar free Jello. I'm excited to start week 3 tomorrow! I get to have blenderized chicken!. Maybe every doctor is different because I haven't had any skim milk yet.
