  1. Hi everyone, I've had my surgery 3 years ago, I used to weight 286 lb (130 kg) and I lost around 110 lb, Now I weight 176 lb (80kg). I was wondering if it's possible to build muscles? I'm 28 and I look boney in some parts of my body so I figured I'd start building muscles but I am not sure if it's possible after having this surgery, because building muscle usually requires you to take easily between 2800+ calories and I'm not sure we can eat that much per day! I've tried and failed. Sorry for my english, thanks everyone
