Lol my nutritionist recommended premier shakes or gnc protein shakes ..and apparently people speak wonders about them too .. maybe you would like those

What kind of shakes are you taking .. if you don't mind me asking .. lol

Hmmm I'm glad to know I'm not the only one .. I have to do a 2 weeks pre-op liquid diet .. plus a 4 weeks post-op liquid diet lol ..I'm not sure I can make it for more than a month on just liquids .. hopefully I'll adjust to it After a whole, though it seemed so drAstic compared to what others have posted here in terms of time [emoji23]

Hey everyone!! age: 24 I have been thinking about getting surgery for the last couple of months and I finally made up my mind to potentially get it this upcoming year. Ill be attending the seminar at bellevue Hospital next week and I d like to find someone thats also interested in the surgery. Maybe we could go together and be surgery buddies. Or at least someone whos going for the same so we could text and talk about the process, share tips or even go to the gym together after.
