  2. Hi, I am 4 weeks post op fleur-de-lis with muscle repair/corset. I start back to work tomorrow, and I am nervous. I didn't have drainage tubes and the pain hasn't been too bad. I just wondered how others felt after this surgery and how long it took before there were back to "normal". I am missing working out something awfull. I also wondered if people felt weird twinge or pains every once and a while. I am freaked out because my doctor mentioned popping the internal stitches but he said after 6 weeks it would be okay. I have a friend who is a nurse practitioner and she side at this point it is low that happening. I start week 5 on Tuesday, just impatiently waiting for Christmas when I am 2 months out. Sorry for the ramble, just want to hear other people'so stories about their surgery.
