Yes I was in a lot of pain during the first week especially I used ice packs, hot Water bottles in between the pain meds for at least 2 weeks in week 2 it got better only the large incision still hurt. I'm 4 weeks post op now the large one still has a dull pain. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I was sleeved on 12/14 I had no idea it would be this sore!! I opted to stay in hospital for 2 extra days just to have that hands on care and intense pain meds. I also passed out the first time they got me up to walk to the bathroom. I am getting better but I definitely had not correctly mentally prepared myself for the recovery before I went into this.
