  1. Hey, how are you doing?? I just hit 6 months post op. Can't believe how quickly the time went! Did you like Blair?? I thought he was great Honestly couldn't have asked for a better Dr to help me through the process. How fast did he progress you through the different post op eating stages? because I think he's moved me pretty fast, I was pretty much on shakes and purées like straight away Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  6. I got sleeved on 30/11/16, was allowed to return home two days later. Everything about the procedure was routine. I got approved for purées almost like straight away the only problem is i can never seem to drink anything without feeling horrible for a long while after, the gas pains are so bad, and it really doesn't seem worth it to me considering that I'm never really hungry anyway. I was given OxyContin and Endone to take at home but every time I take them I break out in this horrible red rash all over my body so I'm not sure how to manage my pain. I've lost about 7kg (or approx. 18 pounds) since surgery and I always feel tired. The point to all of this is there any way to get around gas pain? And the skin irritation? And more importantly when are you generally expected to start feeling normal again? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
