  2. Hello, I had surgery 11/21 and I definitely fell your pain and discomfort. My doctor strongly suggested to use the breathing tool they give you in the hospital to help strength your lungs. It's helped tremendously moving, breathing, sleeping and walking. I was so so so sore the first time I inhaled but it's gotten a lot easier. I have to hit the 2500 ML mark and hold in my breath for at least 2-3 sec. Also I'm still struggling laying flat so everyday since surgery I try to at least eliminate 1 pillow every night. I literally started with like 6 pillows lol. Stay strong and sending lots of love and energy your way Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
