I'm starting my liquid diet today..I'm going to try and stay positive...I feel like the lil train that could...lol I can do it I can do it... We can do this!

Can we just do the patches for pre and post op instead of all the vitamins?

I start mine on Tuesday...

I'm starting my liquid diet Tuesday the 6th...surgery date is December 21st I love seeing what everyone is doing bc honestly I feel like this two weeks are going to be some of the hardest..especially when I have a family to cook for...I'm going to stick with the plan, just need different ideas of the things i can do to make it through...

Goodwill is definitely the best option...

You sound just like me...my surgery date is December 21st and I start my liquid diet Dec 5th...I'm starting to have some anxiety to which my family has no idea bc mostly they don't understand.. but I know I won't eat healthy unless I'm forced to...sad I know... I need to be made to eat differently...my granddaughters always tell me I have a big butt, to which I do but it only motives me to make changes in my life and this is one of them...I know the first 3 months will be a challenge but I'm going to prepare myself and you can too..
