  3. I have been banded for almost 3 years and about a month ago started having chest pain and palpitations. I was having PACs (premature atrial contractions) after all my testing the docs say my main arteries look great but is having me get my band checked to see if there is something wrong with it. I go today for an upper GI so hopefully I'll get some answers. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
