  1. I had some feelings of "what did I get myself in to" but when I get on the scale, I lose all that. Yes it is difficult to get in all the nutrients that are needed but I try my hardest not to stress over it. I carry a Water bottle with me everywhere and I have my Protein shake in the morning and eat lunch and dinner. I will not say that it has been easy, it has been difficult because although I am not hungry I still crave different foods but it is getting easier day by day and now that I can eat more solid foods it is alot easier. The only issue that I am currently having is sharp upper right abdomen pain. Sometimes it is so unbearable. I cannot lay on my sides or bend over at all. I am 4 weeks post op. Other than that I dont regret my surgery! I just get a little frustrated with the cravings sometimes. Everytime I see pounds lost when I weigh myself it makes me feel so much better! It is all gonna be worth it! Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
  2. I had my sleeve done on Nov 1st. Will be 2 weeks tomorrow but I am still having pain under the largest incision. If I cough or sneeze the pain gets way worse and then eases up. It almost feels like a burning sensation but man does it hurt. When does this pain in my belly go away? Its driving me insane!!!!! I still cant lay on my sides cause that makes the pain worse as well. Other than that I am feeling great! Any advice would be extremely appreciated. Doctor said I was fine when I went to see him 5 days ago. Sent from my SM-N920P using the BariatricPal App
