  3. I was operated on Monday, went back to work a week later. But my job is sitting and walking around. I really didn't see the point to take more time off. Moving around will only help.

  5. I was told 3 months no gym, lifting, abs work.
  6. I didn't need any help. Unless you have severe complications, which in thus case, you would still be in the hospital, I don't see the reason, why would you need help. It's a good motivation and reason also, as moving and walking around after the surgery, is necessary.

  9. I had to buy a scale after op as I have issues with it too. So I didn't weigh in until 2 weeks after. At the moment I try to do it every 1-2 weeks, to not get obsessed.
  10. I was sleeved on the 14.11. Very happy about it. But struggling with protein too. I usually manage 55-65g a day. But I need to up it eventually to 150. Which seems impossible at the moment. I don't want to force myself, I'm afraid to stretch my stomach and it also makes me sick.

  12. It wasn't recommended to me, to use meal replacements products. And when, I'm back home, I will definitely be making my own soups/blended meals. If you can only eat very little, why not the best possible? ????

  14. @@Yvona, I had mine on the 14th as well all was well...I'm struggling with "head hunger" since I know I'm not hungry my stomach feels full...I still crave food but I t gets easier...sipping on Water and my Protein...how are you doing with that and walking? I'm already 14 pounds down...yay!!! Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App Hey, I have head cravings too. But I think it will take months, if not longer, to get rid of that. I'm just trying to get different flavors. I walk between 3-6 km a day. But it's very tiring. I don't know what I have lost so far, as I don't have scales yet. I was 152kg on the opp day. Drinking is slow and I feel, like I should drink more. But then it's come to "meal" time and I know I should not drink 30 min before and after, so it's hard to meet goals. I manage usually 4 "meals", still have to meet recommended 5 meals a day, but I'm still in recovery and sleep long, so not eanough hours in a day. ????

  17. I 4 days post op too. I had cravings when I was still in hospital. But its easier now, as I can have different flavours "meals". Except broth, I have some baby food mini jars and there is a lot to choose from ( ofcurse all natural, no added suger). Currently sipping on kephir, which is liquid and high protein.
