  1. Hi Roxy, I too had my surgery on Nov. 7th. I am happy to say I feel better everyday. I ate nothing for the first 3 days because anything I even thought about ingesting made me very nauseous. On day 4 I finally started with a Protein shake. My problem is, when I "eat" my stomach feels as though it's "grinding" for lack of a better word. Does anyone have any words of wisdom??
