  2. Hi All, I had my surgury 12/2/08 and started at 240lbs since then I have had two fills. The 1st on Jan 6th I was at 238and the 2nd on Feb 2nd I as at 232. Since then I have gotten down to 221 so a total of 19lbs in over 3 1/2 months or in 11 weeks 1.3/4lb a week. Now I know this is healthy so I am not complaing but for the amount I can get down (eat) I should be skinny by now. I am trying to loose weight so my band loosens so I can get more food down as fills are so expensive without insurance. No matter what I do I cant seem to loose very much. I have never eaten this little in my life and now I have began to hate eating because it is such a chore with getting stuck and then throwing up. I am almost regretting getting the band. I am affraid if I get an unfill I will loose less (if thats possible)? Please give me some sugestions. Thank you!!!
  3. I was banded yesterday and so far today I have had 1 glass of Crystal Light, two sugar free popsicles, 3 glasses of water and a cup of watered down tomato soup. If feel great but hungry. I hope I havent over done it?
  4. I am scheduled for surgury on Tuesday and was supposed to be on a liquid diet for 4 days prior well there is 1 1/2 days left and I have cheated. I think for some reason yet again I am trying to self sabotage. It chocolate, turkey and sushi. It started with the low fat turkey and sushi but then the emotional chocolate fix was the end. Now I am not sure what to do. Some people say just dont eat after midnight the night before others say they were told to fast. What is wrong with me??? I am so mad at myself???

  9. Hi all, I would like to find a Dr. within Southern California whom has good references and has an affordable price with anesthsia included. I see a few posts for San Dimas but the whole yawning thing kind off turns me off. I have seen some advertised in Oregon and Colorado as well but I dont like to fly. I know the easiest thing would be to go to Mexico but unfortunetly I currently cant. Any sugestions? Thank you Justine11dod 38 5'4 240lb
  10. Does anyone know what Health Net CA Silver Plan requires for the two years of supervised weight loss? The reason I ask is I have been going to an alternative weight loss nutritionist (she is licensed) for 3 1/2 years. She recommends diets and vitamins and test for food allergies. The first year I lost 60lbs with her help then feeling pretty good I paid for a tummy tuck. After that as we all know the weight came back on with more to spare. So I was wondering if she would qualify as a supervised weight loss professional. Does anybody know what the requirements are and what kind of paperwork she needs to give me, how in-depth and so forth? Thanks in advance, Justine 255lbs and growing:frown:
