  17. If you have any meds that are exspensive take them with you. I only took my phone charger and phone. They charge you for everything wether you take it or not. Except the exspensive meds. Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App
  18. For years we have grown addicted to sugar and carbs. We are not going to lose the addiction over night. What I truly crave right now, is energy. Next to that, pizza. Lol This is not going to be an easy hurdle and I can't speak for you, but I can for me. I knew that from the get go. Consider it as the lifestyle change, we did this for our health and own well being. I have three dogs, almost as bad as three children. But their food stinks to me. Lol Good luck and we'll all get in the place we need to be. Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App

  20. I drink a lot of Water and I've made myself walk if I feel like it or not. Lol Time for me to hit the bed. I wish you continued success. Don't get down on yourself. I'm kind of liking this app! Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App
  21. My incisions are good. One is a little sore, the only place I bruised was on my left side. I went through a lot before my R&Y was done. I went to my primary care she referred me to a wonderful surgeon. She found I had cancer in my stomach. Then she found I have NASH. Non alcohol related cirrhosis if my liver. I had numerous minor surgeries before this. Once I was under she decided to remove the stomach. It was pretty rough the first few days. But I have lost 27 pounds since the surgery. 22. Great job! Hope I'm as successful! Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App
  23. I'm fortunate. The only one to cook for is myself. I have not caved to any of my cravings. This surgery has put the stop to that nonsense. Haven't even had coffee since my surgery. And I was hard core addicted to my coffee. I pray it all gets easier. Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App
  24. You're going to be fine. I ate a few crackers and was fine. Ate some chicken too soon after taking my meds that I take before eating. First time I've barfed since my surgery on the 24th of November. I won't be doing that again anytime soon. I hope. Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App
  25. I have a very difficult time getting the three meals in they want me to do. I've broken into six very smaller meals. Yes, I still crave the crap I use to eat. It's been almost a month since I had the R&Y switch. Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App
