  2. Listen to your body you will know when you are full and when you stop.
  3. I am 2 and a half months out and I am still always feeling that. It's more of a mind over matter type of thing. I know when I'm hungry and when it's just everything moving along through my system. It's hard to explain but the Hunger noise is different from the food moving along my system. You will get to learn your body all over again. This is the time you get to know what noise or pain means what!
  4. I am 3 weeks out today! I have been doing great! I have only had one day that I felt sick after eating but it was bcuz I ate to fast. But I'm not in pain when I get out of bed anymore. I have more energy but I do find that sometimes I am grumpy and others I am happy. It's all a process our bodies are going through I was told. Good luck to all!
