  1. Just relax. For me the worrying and waiting were the worst part of the process. You know what to expect after surgery. Just stay calm, relax, and you will be fine.
  2. My strips were only stuck in the middle, each side was coming up. So, about day 6, after a shower, I took them off. My incisions were practically healed by then.
  3. My stomach/swelling has gone down, but I keep having a sharp pain right below my rib cage, left side. I assume this is gas. Has anyone else had this type of pain?
  4. Thanks! I think I have it now.
  5. You might need more protein or to eat less but more often. Hope you feel better soon.
  6. I'm fairly new here. I need some technical support on how the posting works. I posted a few things a couple of weeks ago, right before my surgery (3/26). Now, I cannot find them to see any responses. How do I find the posts that I've written? Also, how does everyone do the banners? Thanks for any help.
  7. My surgery is scheduled for 3/26. I have lots of questions. Many people mention being on a liquid diet prior to surgery. My doctor is asking for a high protein diet, but does not have to be liquid. Is that common? Also, will I be hungry while on the restricted liquid diet after surgery?
  8. Wow, that's great! I am scheduled for surgery on 3/26. How have you done with the food restrictions? Have you had to have a fill?
