  1. Andy, Thanks for all the advice that you have given. It will be very helpful to me. The one thing I have been having a problem with is getting in my fluids. I just can't get the sip, sip, sip part. How do you sip all day and get in 64 ounces of Water?
  2. Hi I am Juanita,I had lapband surgery on 7 April at WRAMC. My doctor's name is Dr. Carmody, who is an Army Surgeon. As of today I feel wonderful. I can't wait to find out how much weight I have lost. I have not been on the scale since Monday before surgery. So far the pain has been minimum. As far as hunger goes I am not hungry, but today I am going to try and eat more. This weight loss journey is something that I am really looking forward to. I know that having the surgery is one of the best decision I have ever made. Keep me in your prayers. Those who are out their that are interested in getting the band I wish you all the best.
