  1. you might try starting by adding 1mg of folic acid to your suppliment. for some it takes a 5mg, but please be mindful that B vitamins are important to keep somewhat balanced..
  2. The best defense is an education. Go naturalradiance.com at the bottom of page there are 3 books to read. I use estriol cream and natural progestrone and that is what I recomend.
  3. Biotin is a good start, but you might find if you increase folic acid to over 1mg the hair loss will stop. I pass experience I have seen people use as much as 30mg of folic acid when on certain medications to stop hair loss...be mindful there should be a balance in B vitamins.
