OK co-April Bandsters, how is the weight loss going for you all? I have lost only 12 kg so far, think should have lost more. Had about 3mls put in... but although am eating way less, still am disappointed at very slow (almost nothing in last 7 weeks) loss. :thumbup:

How is it going for you now re the weight loss? I've only lost 12 kg since April, and think this is not much. Had 3 fills but have to wait 4 weeks btw fills and feel need more fill in the band.

I feel so sad for you having to pay for all your own operations and health care. Where I am, the Government (Australia) pays for all my operation and other expenses, but a long waiting list if you go that route (about 2 years but growing). Or you can pay yourself.

Tell them you have a hiatus hernia,,, and that covers the liquid and other phases of the program.

Celebrity Slim is much better in taste than optifast, and I think substantially the same.
