  3. Hurrah! The scale finally moved after nearly 2 weeks of NOT MOVING AN INCH! Down 3 lbs, BAM! in 2 days. Thanks for the encouragement guys. Go in for my first fill in 1 week. Had my surgery Oct 10th, so counting the week before surgery I am down18lbs. I shouldn't complain I guess. I'm 5'10, starting weight 243 now 225. I would love to get down to 155lbs. We'll see...

  5. Thank you! This not only cost me a lot financially, it is costing emotionally. I really don't want to screw this up. Today, for ex I had a Protein shake for Breakfast, 2 small pieces of salmon baked for lunch, veggie/red lentil Soup, no fat and a tiny bit of greek yogurt 0% fat with frozen berries and I am up a lb maybe 2. I'm super nervous!
  6. I lost 3 kilos the week before surgery and 4 kilos the week following surgery. I am now 2 weeks post op and have lost nothing at all this week. In fact, it looks like I have gained a pound!!! Is this normal? A stall? Am I failing at this???? Somebody out there who has experienced the same? How long must I wait before I get a fill?
