  1. I'm three weeks post surgery and stuck at 188. I don't plan to go back to work until week six, so maybe I'm not losing like I thought I would because of not much activity. I get out for my daily walk, do the house chores, but that's about it. Because I'm off work (teacher), I am enjoying reading and Netflix. Even though I don't eat much, and just pureed food now, I feel that I need more of an active lifestyle. I am cherishing my disability time-off, but think that when I return to the hectic life of a high school teacher, I'll lose faster. I just hope I have the strength, because now I'm not ingesting much to give me stamina.
