  1. I'm scheduled for tomorrow morning and my nerves are horrible right now!! So many emotions about whether I can really do this and of my recovery will be extra hard.... Geez, I've had gallbladder removal and an emergency csection, you'd think I'd be mentally prepared for surgical recovery lol Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. Hey everybody, newbie here! I'm on week 2 of my liquid diet but mine is 4shakes and one meal. Surgery day 10/25. It's funny, I have other fiends that only had to do 2-3 days of liquids! The one meal helps a ton but The first few days were miserable. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
