Hi Elaine! So sorry you've had a rough time but glad to hear things are better. So nice to hear from you. I'm doing well. I'm coming up on my 3 year aniversary in December. A couple of ups and downs with the weight loss but still overall very happy with my results and progress. Funny, I was just thinking about our group a couple of weeks ago. I was at the coffee house on Deer Park Ave where we all met up. Hopefully others are still here and doing well. Would love to get together to swap stories and catch up. Have a great holiday!

Yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of my surgery. Feeling great not only physically but mentally as well. Still have a way to go but the goal is within sight.

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm definitely interested in getting the group together again.

Down about 106#. Sleeved 12/12/16. Looking to lose another 40#. Started at 319. Currently 211. The pics show my progression from August 16, 1, 3, & 6 months post surgery.

I do have those sizes. I can meet you this weekend in the Freeport / Baldwin area.

August 5th is the best date for me. The coffee shop is fine!

What sizes are you looking for. I have 2 large bags full of clothes. Various sizes.

6 months post surgery. Hit 2 of my goals today. I'm down 100.2 pounds and got below a 40 waist. (38 down from 52) Still a fair amount of work to do but I'm confident and excited about the rest of the journey. I've adopted an entirely new lifestyle and attitude toward food. Just started my weight training to tone and build what's here. Hope everyone is doing well and I'm looking forward to seeing you guys soon!
