  2. Nov 16th I will be 1 year post. I have an appointment on the Nov 23rd and I'm stressing to hear those hurtful words come from the doctor. "I expected better results from you!" To give yall an idea I started my journey at 238lbs and went down to 162lbs. In the last few months I have not lost I have gained now back to 170lbs. Not motivated and stressed out leads me to give those famous excuses we all pray we will stop making. I eat horrible food out of boredum always justifying why and encouraging myself that tomorrow I will get back on track. When I talk to people outside the wls circle they say we all make mistakes and look at your progress. NOPE I feel like a complete failure and am disgusted with my new/old habits. Any advice from someone who has found them self in this vicious cycle? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App
