  1. I know of people going to Mexico for about 8,000. They are very happy with the surgery there.
  2. I took two weeks off of the rig but felt good after one. I think two weeks is a safe amount of time. Good luck.
  3. I am a Fire Capt in GA. Been at it for 28 years. After a bad knee surgery I gained 50 pounds and was thinking of retirement. Got banded five weeks ago and lost 25 pounds. Going in next week for a fill. Have not lost anything in three weeks. I feel better now and have been training my crew a lot more lately. They wish I would stay heavy. Just wait till I drop 50 more.
  4. I have been useing a pill cutter and a crusher but was concerned about opening capsules.
  5. I am three weeks post opp and am wondering how big of pill I can take. Am a little worried to try capsules for the first time post opp.
