  1. I was banded January 10 and lost 30 pounds in the first 2 months. Since then I have been up and down the same 2 - 4 pounds and have had 2 fills. After the last one I notice more restriction on some things, but on others...not so much. I live and work a distance from where I was banded so I haven't gone to support groups. I wanted this so bad and now I am disappointing myself. I can't seem to get excercise and diet going right all at the same time. Don't give up, can we find some support for backsliding through the forum?
