I had sleeve done August 30 th. Also a big sweet tooth. I will tell you my need for sweets has diminished substantially and I can't handle too sweet. As for amount of food... you r brain may want more but your stomach won't let you eat it. Thanks. I went to the hospital last night because the pain was unbearable. The diagnosis was UTI, dehydration, and constipation. When I got home I got my period after 6 years of not having one. I guess it's true after you lose weight.( I'm down 30lb in six weeks) that it can come back. So as the Dr in the emergency room said it was a perfect storm. She emphasized to me to keep my liquids up and make sure I get Fiber. I've been so focused on my Protein that everything else came 2nd. NOT ANYMORE. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hi I had gastric sleeve surgery six weeks ago. There have been no issue since surgery. I recently changed my diet her my nutritionist to soft food. I introduced a few new foods that was two days ago. I was constipatedfor the past three days (tmi) but develop a stomachache this morning and was able to go to the bathroom. All day I have had severe stomach cramps that feel like when I was 15 having menstruation cramps. Anybody have any idea what this is from. I would normally take Advil but not allowed now so I just took a pain pill that the doctor gave me after surgery.
