    I've decided to have my gastric sleeve surgery done in MX but I'm scared about afterwards. In the US, there is usually a team of people who continue to help you throughout you post op experience.     I've been researching constantly for the last three months trying to decide between three doctors in Tijuana. I haven't been able to find anything negative about any of them so I'm not sure what my deciding factor should be. My decision is between Dr. Ramos Kelly, Dr Alejandro López Ortega, and Dr. Jalil Illan with Bariatricpal team.
