Hi my name is Rachael.. I've struggled with weight ever since I was little. My heaviest was 375. My lowest was180.. when I got married I was a size 18.. now 5 years later with 3 kiddos I was tired of the ups and downs.. my husband had a procedure done in July. They weighed him I was 100 lbs heavier than him that was my breaking point.. I'm done with all the once a month dietation. Everything got submitted in to the insurance company. Now I'm waiting to hear back from them..
