Hi i went to see my doctor today, and they scheduked me surgery date for November 23th, today i gave them reports from my Gym, they told me i have to go gym for 3 days a week for 3 months, but some weeks i didng go 3 days per week. If yes how dis everything go how long takes for aproval and i know with this insuranse u have to go Gum for 3 months for 3 times a day, how about if there is missing days sometimes like only 2 days sometimes? Hi i started with sleve surgery in end of may and i had all my appoitments, and i have horizon nj health through state, and they told me i have to gym for 3 months 3 days per week, i started in end of august and have apoitment to see doct on october 28th, they said if everythi g ready they will send all docs to insuranse!
