  1. I can't thank you enough for the info. I have been doing my best to grasp a handle on this. Watching what I eat, how much and walking at work.   2. Hey all I'm new to this hope I'm doing this right. Got my surgery oct 6, 2014 I'm just now starting to gain and need help to keep under control. I hear all kinds of pouch resets and all and not sure if it works? I don't know if my dr can reset my pouch since I had gastric bypass? And info would be great. Thanks.
