  1. How long after surgery was it till you started back exercising? I teach karate twice a week and train and up to 5-6 times a week currently. Do you think it will be long before I can start again? I already have a 6 weeks break off from karate as we don't train over the Christmas holidays. My surgery is the 17th of December so do you think I'll be right to start training again in feb? 2. I'm planning on having 7-10 days off including the 3 days I'll be in hospital. I'm lucky that I also have a desk job so I'm hoping everything will be ok because it's just before Christmas. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
