  3. Try the Premier Protein shakes. I have used those since before surgery. In fact, they have the opposite effect on me. Might be worth a try for you.
  4. Hang in there. The pre op stuff and the time it took--6 months for me--was the hardest part. It's been a breeze since the surgery and it's been well worth the wait!

  6. I was sleeved in early September. I'm 6'1" and was 304. I had a 46" waist. I'm now 228 and wearing a 38" waist with some room to spare but not ready for a 36" yet. My goal is 220. I suspect I will be able to wear a 36" waist at that point. I think it depends on your shape and where you are carrying your weight. Although I wasn't "bottom heavy" I carried a lot of weight in my stomach and rear end!
  7. call your insurance company to verify that.
  8. Will definitely keep you in prayer and sorry you're going through this. If you had gastric sleeve, it sounds to me like you may have a leak according to your symptoms. I believe that is a simple fix if that is the case.
