  7. I'm having a tough time of things. I lost 10lbs in my 1st week then I hit a stall week two. Which I was understanding about. I'm now in week 3 and things still aren't moving. I know stalls are common but I haven't heard of people getting them this early and for this long. I have been getting my water, protien and even exercises in. My calories tend to be on the low side but if I get 200 or 600 doesn't seem to make a difference. I know it's my body adjusting but I could really use some reassurance.
