Ok so I had my surgery on the 12th so I'm on liquid diet but u can have Jello, popsicle sticks all sugar free of course but I don't know how eat should I be measuring my food and having a certain amount or should I be eating until I feel full an if soo how many calories should I be intaking Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App
