Not always. They do a surgery called the banded plication. It's where they put a lap band and do the plication at the same time. That's what I'm doing. Yes it's done in the US. It's new. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I am having a laproscopic banded plication on 9/29 and was wondering what restrictions on driving you had post-op? When were you allowed to drive again?
