I was banded on June 4th and have not had any sweets since then. I was in the office today and there were cupcakes out and for some reason I could not stop myself from eating one. THE GUILT IS INCREDIBLE !!!!! Anyway I am not writing this to be absolved just pissed at myself !!!! Have A Great 4th Of July Everyone!!! :thumbup:

I highly suggest an all liquid diet !!! I am on day 8 with two days to go until surgery. I have lost 18 pounds in 7 days, the reason my doc wants all liquids is too shrink the liver a bit so he can operate orthescopicly instead of cutting me down the center. GOOD LUCK on what ever you do and I won't lie an all liquid diet is a tough road to travel !!!
