  3. Hey All, My 1 year Surgiversary is Oct 1st. Lately I feel like I'm always hungry. I know I need to keep better foods stocked at home but I am just wondering if anyone else feels the same. I'm terrified to gain weight. I was 238 at surgery but 302 was my heaviest. I'm currently always between 145 and 150. I exercise for 30-60 mins 6 days a week which includes workout dvds or running. I try to use myfitnesspal every day and occasionally will go to 1500 cals or more when technically I think I should be around 1200. Anyone 1 yr out with advice, thoughts? Thanks ! Amanda111183
