Which cruise line did your friend cruise with?

What is the name of the protein drink. I am in the researching phase right now. Hoping for a June or July date....jjst waiting.

I have cut out pork, experimenting with "meat alternatives" (soy chorizo,chicken sausage,etc). No more cake or cookies. Doing a lot of research for the liquid diet for post op......is there anything anyone can add that might help me?

Good morning everyone. I am sitting in the waiting area of the endoscopy doctor, thinking about how I am progressing with my WLS journey. This is the consult appointment and I am so excited. This puts me yet another step closer to my procedure. Just wanted to thank all of you for the support via these groups, it is definitely appreciated. Does the approval letter come after most of your appointments? I had my initial nut appointment and appointment with the surgeon already.
