  2. Thanks BirdDog that's a great summary and exactly why I am going with the VSG. I also want to get off the Hypertension drugs, but most of all I want to sleep with using my cpap machine so the short term pain of surgery, will I hope lead to long term gains in enjoying life again. Hi all 1st post from me, so be gentle I am booked for my VSG and hernia repair in December and I am interested to know if anyone had their gallbladder removed at the same time as their VSG and was it as simple as just requesting this with your Surgeon........I just don't want to have to go under again and would just prefer the one stop chop approach...........also has anyone in Melbourne been sleeved by Peter Nottle and if so any feedback would be welcomed.
