    Does anyone have this insurance? What was your experience? I had my first consultation today and the nurse practitioner told me that I have to see a nutritionist for six months,get a psych evalve and get blood work done. I thought there wasn't a supervised meal plan requirement anymore? She also said that they don't cover gastric bypass only gastric sleeve and lapband....again, I thought all 3 were covered.? I called bcbs to find out and they were clueless!
