  1. I was used to drinking while eating and decided I'd try it anyway. I think the problem is that your stomach is really just too small to handle both. When you drink while you eat you just don't have the capacity to get in your Protein. I've done it before or drank too soon and it feels uncomfortable also. I'd shy away from anything more than a tiny (tiny) sip just to wet your whistle Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N930A using the BariatricPal App
  2. Haha. I'm loving the variations in botox. Hehehe Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N930A using the BariatricPal App
  3. As lacy mentioned my concern would ve more about your blood pressure and sugar/glucose levels. Since you qualify for the surgery it is about 1000% accurate to say uou have enough fat stores to maintain the few days of liquid only. I'd talk to my surgeon about my concerns but you will be fine!! Best wishes to a fabulously healthy life ahead. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N930A using the BariatricPal App
  4. Besides, there is botox for your face, and plastic surgery if it's THAT bad. I got sleeved 6 months ago and I look fabulous in clothes... the folks that see me without them love me anyway so who cares.... Sn... I am about that botox life though. Lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N930A using the BariatricPal App
  5. Drink Water. I mean like obsessive compulsive. Stay on target the final 48 before surgery. You will be fine. Remember why you are having the surgery. And then kick a$$. In a few months you will be able to have a touch of that cheat food but the good thing... you will have lost so much weight and taste buds changed so much that it wont even be a big deal. Chin up, chest out. You got this. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N930A using the BariatricPal App
