  1. I had my WLS on August 23rd and was not losing any weight. Pre Op I was 311 and stalled for about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks out with minimal weight loss. It was the weirdest thing, almost over night I started having great progress and am now at 291. So, for anyone out there who is experiencing what I did, have faith! this will also happen for you. There is a lot of great advice and good people on this forum, listen to them. AnnMarie
  2. Thanks everyone for the advice. I had a feeling that the Ensure was the problem, it has 220 calories and only 9 grams of Protein. Before I had surgery I was using
  3. My RNY was on 8/23 and I have only lost around 10 pounds, it's very frustrating. What type of Protein shakes is everyone using? I use Ensure but I worry it's too many calories, any advice?
  4. Hi Everyone I had RNY on August 23rd and have only lost around 8 to 10 pounds. I hear all these stories of people losing quickly but it's not happening for me. Can anyone offer advice or have similar experience? AnnMarie

  6. I had mine on 8/23 and my body feels different, I don't feel like anyone is talking about me but I have been very open about the surgery.
