    Hi I live near Hamilton and it has taken a year and a half since orientation which was in March 2015 and I will see surgeon on Sept 15 and will get a surgery date which will probably be in October 2016 it is a long process and lots of tests good luck Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App
